Service scope
Hold provides focus reminders, sleep reminders, trend views, Watch synchronization, and subscription management. Hold uses device data when authorized. If permissions, pairing, or system capabilities are unavailable, Hold may show an empty or limited state instead of fabricating data. Hold does not provide medical diagnosis or advice.
License
Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Hold for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sublicense, rent, sell, or create derivative works except as permitted by law.
Accounts and third-party services
Hold currently does not require a separate cloud account. Content, preferences, and records entered in Hold are primarily stored on your device. Hold may use Apple services for subscriptions, purchase verification, notifications, Health access, and device pairing. Hold does not use personal location data or advertising tracking.
Subscriptions
Hold Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. Charges are billed to your Apple ID after purchase confirmation. The subscription renews within 24 hours before the current period ends unless canceled. Manage cancellation or restoration in Apple ID subscription settings. Apple handles billing, refunds, and payment disputes.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your device permissions, Apple account purchases, and submitted content. Do not use Hold for unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, infringing, or system-bypass activity.
Apple responsibility
We, not Apple, are responsible for maintaining and supporting Hold and for addressing claims relating to Hold to the extent required by law. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these license terms and may enforce them. Apple is not responsible for Hold or its content.
Disclaimer and liability
Hold is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fit-for-purpose operation and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum permitted by applicable law. Permission limits, system restrictions, network issues, Apple service issues, or unavailable third-party services may limit functionality.
Data and termination
Deleting local data affects Hold data on this device. Apple subscription records remain managed by Apple. Support messages may be retained only as reasonably necessary to handle your request. This license ends if you breach these terms or stop using Hold.
Children
Hold is not directed to children. If you are below the applicable age, use Hold with a guardian and avoid submitting unnecessary personal information.
Intellectual property and changes
Hold, its name, software, interface, and content belong to us or our licensors. No rights are granted except those expressly stated in these terms. We may update these terms when the service, subscription model, legal requirements, or third-party services change. Continued use of Hold means that you accept the updated terms.

订阅规则
Hold Pro 为自动续费订阅。确认购买后，费用将从你的 Apple ID 扣除。除非取消，订阅会在当前周期结束前 24 小时内自动续费。你可以在 Apple ID 订阅设置中取消或恢复订阅。账单、退款和支付争议由 Apple 管理。
你的责任
你需要对自己的设备权限设置、Apple 账户购买行为和提交内容负责。不得利用 Hold 进行违法、欺诈、骚扰、侵权或试图绕过系统限制的行为。
Apple 的责任边界
在法律要求的范围内，Hold 的维护、支持以及与 Hold 有关的索赔由我们而非 Apple 负责。Apple 没有义务为 Hold 提供维护或支持。Apple 及其子公司是本协议许可条款的第三方受益人，可以执行相关条款。Apple 不对 Hold 或其内容负责。
免责声明与责任限制
Hold 按“现状”和“可用情况”提供。在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们不保证服务持续、无错误、安全或适合特定目的，也不对间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损失负责。若法律不允许排除责任，则责任限于适用法律允许的最低范围。权限限制、系统限制、网络问题、Apple 服务问题或第三方服务不可用，都可能导致功能受限。
数据与终止
删除本机数据只影响这台设备上的 Hold 数据；Apple 订阅记录仍由 Apple 管理。对于支持请求，我们只会在合理处理请求和后续跟进所需的期限内保留相关信息。如果你违反本协议或停止使用 Hold，本许可终止。
未成年人
Hold 并非面向儿童的产品。若你未满适用年龄，应在监护人指导下使用，并避免提交不必要的个人信息。
知识产权与协议变更
Hold、其名称、软件、界面和内容的知识产权归我们或许可方所有。除本协议明确授予的权利外，不授予其他权利。如果服务、订阅模式、法律要求或第三方服务发生变化，我们可能更新本协议。继续使用 Hold 即表示你接受更新后的条款。
